Company Seeks to Continue Expansion into Oil Recycling Industry with Possible Acquisition of Existing Biofuel Cooperative Corporation Client in Temecula, California
CORONA, Calif., April 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Extreme Biodiesel (OTC Pink: BRKM) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into discussions with another current client to develop a strategy for acquisition, in an effort to further expand its corporate presence in the biofuels marketplace.
Promethean Biofuels is a Cooperative Corporation, which in addition to the standard waste collection services they provide; also run a membership based cooperative program. With the exception of the used motor oil and waste vegetable oil collection programs, Promethean Biofuel’s products and services are only available to members of the Cooperative.
